A portion of the Southbound Lane of De Soto Street (headed towards Fifth Avenue) and the adjacent sidewalk will be closed from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday, December 23, to allow for a concrete pour into UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. The area impacted will be from Terrace Street to the mid-point between the Terrace and O’Hara Street intersection (the loading dock). The Northbound Lane and sidewalk will remain open, serving vehicles traveling in both directions following the direction of flaggers.
